What time do you drop off and pick up?
Drop off between 8.00am - 11.30am and collection
between 5.00pm and 7.30pm although times can be changed to suit if necessary.
What is included in the price?
We drop off the unit, set it up and run through
the safety guidelines with you and then return later and take the
castle away.
What if it starts to rain?
All of the castles have sewn in rain covers and
can withstand a reasonable amount of rain. All castles are fitted
with RCD breakers so your day should still go as planned.
What about extended hiring or overnight?
We do offer this but it does incur a cost, for
extended hire after 7.30pm it is £5 for every hour the unit is
kept for and for an overnight hire and full second day of use it is
£25 on the price of each inflatable.
Can adults go on the castles?
None of my castles are made for adults, the
maximum age is 12, this is stated on my conditions of hire although i
am quite lenient when it involves a couple of parents going on with
their child.
Are we insured?
Yes we are insured for full public liability.
How much does it cost to run a castle for
the average day?
Approx 50p-£1
How many children can go on the castles at
any one time?
This is something we discuss when dropping off
the unit but depends on the size of the castle and the age of the children.
What about hard standing or indoor hire?
This is something we can do but will advise on
the phone when booking.
Is there any preparation needed before the
castle is dropped off?
Please ensure that there is clear access
for the castle and inform us of any steps leading down on to the
garden and that there is no overhanging branches and the grass is
free from dog mess.
